RETURN POLICY
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges on unopened, unused products in their original condition and packaging within 10 days of purchase. Items must remain sealed (e.g., unopened cellophane, if applicable). Final Sale applies to all discounted items—no returns, refunds, or exchanges.

For safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used products.
Allergic Reactions
If you experience an allergic reaction to a skincare or makeup product, notify us within 48 hours. Exchanges or store credits may be issued for products at least 75% full with supporting documentation (e.g., photos or doctor’s note).
